Martina Pavelcik
Martina has been working with people in the mountains around Laax, Flims and Falera for over 10 years. As a ski instructor and guide, she brings a calm, attentive approach and a deep connection to the natural environment.
In summer, she enjoys creating experiences that go beyond movement — moments that invite people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature. Her guiding style combines outdoor knowledge with a natural sensitivity to people and atmosphere.
Martina also leads the Mountain Connection experience, where elements such as meditation, gathering herbs, or simple live music can become part of the day.
Zbynek “Zeebee” Pavelcik
Zbynek „Zeebee“ also has over 10 years of experience guiding and teaching in the mountains around Laax, Flims and Falera. He enjoys sharing the beauty of the region while creating relaxed and enjoyable days outdoors.
With a friendly and easy-going style, he helps guests feel comfortable in the mountains — whether hiking scenic routes or exploring the area by e-bike. His focus is on creating a great day in nature, adapted to the pace and wishes of each group.
